The big question in metaphysics is "Why Anything at All?". This is the deepest of questions for human beings and for the universe. Mystics, scientists and philosophers have been entertaining this question for thousands of years. We delight in the dance of unanswerable questions! Blessings

From sub atomic particles to human beings COMMUNICATION is integral to everything becoming, living and growing. What is this communication? How can we become more aware of how ubiquitous communication is from self talk to our bodies to our communities and nature herself?
