Since Christ is raised, so will we be! 05.04.2026

Just as Jesus was raised from the dead, all his followers will be too, in due course. Good Friday! 03.04.2026

Jesus was rejected 15.03.2026

Jesus was rejected by the religious leaders, the government, the crowd and mocked by the soldiers. His rejection, however, was for our acceptance. And his followers will suffer for his name's sake too. But we rejoice because of the glory ahead. Watch here on youtube - https://youtube.com/live/AsOHserZ_20

Jesus’ trial before the council 08.03.2026

Jesus' trial before the council (Sanhedrin) was unjust, but necessary, for him to be put to death as a substitute for our sin. Peter's denial, an informal trial in the courtyard, increased Jesus' abandonment and suffering. Watch: https://youtube.com/live/QU_3lBt7j38

Stephen Houston from Asia Link encourages us in the compassion of the Lord and the command to go and take the gospel to the world. Watch Here: https://youtube.com/live/pR4hbFAvqoI

Glory in Christ Jesus, nothing else (Philippians 3:1-11) 22.02.2026

Instead of rejoicing in the Lord, we often feel pride or shame. Let's draw close to Jesus and not let these things get in the way. Unity in Christ 25.01.2026

Strength and being able to stand together in the Christian life relies on unity in the Spirit, which is found by not just believing the right doctrines, but by living the Christian character, by living like Christ, by having Christ's presence among us, to the glory of God. Watch: https://youtube.com/live/x1X8dvRQVV8

A Christ-centred mindset 18.01.2026

Paul shows us how suffering can result in good, especially if it is for the cause of Christ. With a Christ-centred mindset we can face suffering, even persecution, with a different mindset. All to the glory of God, and out of love for Christ. Watch: https://youtube.com/live/1YIlDSXtnvU Watch Here on Youtube: https://youtube.com/live/1YIlDSXtnvU

Living for glory 04.01.2026

Living for the glory of God as living letters, through Christ in us. (There is no YouTube video for this sermon, due to technical reasons - the building could not be opened due to the cold weather.)

Seeking and following Jesus 21.12.2025

The wise men listened to God's guidance, found Jesus, and worshipped him. Herod, guided by sin, opposed Jesus and sought to kill him. Let us not oppose Christ Jesus, but place our faith in him and follow him. Watch on yoytube: https://youtube.com/live/8AWiPFryMR4

When two worlds collide 30.11.2025

Jesus said that we are either with him or against him. When our world collides with his, or when we collide with him, we will not prevail. We ought to turn to him now, while we can, so that we will be exalted with him in due time. Watch on youtube: https://youtube.com/live/AGkKJ7ocmSI

Jesus’ faithfulness 23.11.2025

The old nature is weak, even though the Spirit is willing. We find ourselves failing and sinning when we depend on our old nature. But we can do all things through Christ who gives us strength. Jesus persevered through anguish in Gethsemane. We too can persevere if we rely on him, his Spirit in us. If we pray in advance, we will be prepared for situations later on. Watch Here: https://youtube.com/...

The New Covenant 16.11.2025

Jesus gave his life for us. His sacrifice was prefigured by the many sacrifices for sin in the old covenant, and before. Most significantly, the lamb sacrificed at the Passover represented Christ's giving of himself as the Lamb of God who takes away sins. While those sacrifices pointed forward to the cross, the Lord's Table looks back to the cross. In the Last Supper, Jesus disestablishes the old...

Walking closely with Jesus 09.11.2025

Jesus gave his life for us. Mary walked closely with him, and knew what he was going to do. She also knew what she was called to do. Even if others didn't understand her, she was humble obedient to the leading of the Spirit. Let us walk closely with Jesus too, that we may hear and obey when he calls us to act for him. Most of all, let us remember what he did for us in giving his life on the cross,...
