Abhyasi

Divine grace can be received via a Master like Babuji maharaj. it can also be received directly and shared with others.

A divine eye opens up during the sadhna of an abhyasi or yogi of high order. They can see everything before it happens in this world because they have knowledge of the Brahmandamandal where things take place before they happen here.
