Scott Lucas, Professor and Political Analyst, Clinton Institute, University College Dublin discusses the latest between Ukraine and Russia as secretary of state, Antony Blinken, stated that the United States will send Ukraine $725 million worth of weapons. this comes after German chancellor, Olaf Scholz also promised military aid.
