With qualified technicians being in such short supply, not to mention every other position in the industry as well, companies need people desperately.  Would basic aptitude tests help identify future talent?  Maybe.

Yup, just what it sounds like, and apparently there were pictures to prove it.  (I don't know; they might be on drugs.)
