What lessons can today’s Christian mothers glean from Rebekah, the mother of Esau and Jacob, Salome, the mother of James and John, two of Christ’s 12 disciples, and Mary, the mother of Jesus Himself?  Rebekah and Salome often made the wrong decisions which no mother should emulate. By contrast, Mary was a humble, courageous young woman who inquired of the Lord, knew her purpose, knew God as her Sa...

America's next presidential election could be her last. That’s the contention of David Horowitz , the author of America’s #1 bestselling new political book entitled Final Battle . Guest host Adam McManus asks him why: * Democracy as we know it is being obliterated at the hands of Democrats who pose a deadly threat to our freedom. * Their real goal is a one-party state–and they are willing to...

Since mid-May, Christians have been targeted by radical Hindus in Manipur , India , a Northeastern state of 3.5 million people.  The believers represent 41% of the population there. To date, 108 villages have been completely destroyed, and 200 churches and 1,700 homes have been burned down. In addition, 80 people have been killed, 270 have been injured, and 66,000 people—mostly Christ followers—ha...

First, the government told us that the COVID vaccine would prevent infection . Then, it claimed that the COVID vaccine would prevent transmission of the coronavirus. What we were never told was that there was a risk of serious injury or death.  Guest host Adam McManus interviews Cindy Drukier  (pronounced DROOK-air), The Epoch Times producer and narrator of an eye-opening 90-minute documentary ent...

Marking the May 24, 2023,  one-year anniversary of the Uvalde, Texas school shooting when 18-year-old Salvador Ramos killed 19 kids and 2 teachers and injured 17 others, guest host Adam McManus talks with Michael Letts , a 30-year veteran of law enforcement. Letts, who was born on the mission field in Mexico and who graduated from Liberty University where he was the bodyguard for the late Rev. Jer...

Guest host  Adam McManus  interviews Kevin Jackson , a former Fox News contributor, about how bank records reveal that the Biden family has received $10 million from China  and foreign interests.  Indeed, in mid-April, China fired a warning shot at President Biden when a Chinese-American bank supplied Senate Republicans with records showing millions of dollars flowing from Chinese companies to Bid...

Education is very essential to the command Jesus gave us regarding our children. He charges us to raise them in the nurture and admonition of the Lord and to be sure that we do not lay a stumbling block before them. Do the schools really have our children's best interest in mind, or do they push a wicked agenda? In this edition of Generations, Kevin Swanson and Bill Jack talk about the educat...

Fame has done some very bad things for folks like Joshua Harris, Mark Driscoll, and the Duggars (to some extent). There is a thin line between ambition and just being faithful to the talents God has given you. How did Jesus deal with fame? There are examples of some who have handled fame without collapsing, but usually not with young people tossed into fame head-first. We ask some basic questions...

Amazon’s recent docu-series was all up in arms that “Generation Joshua” or “Teen Pact” might have played a part in the vast right-wing conspiracy to "take America back." But now, Alex Harris (one of the participants) is backing away from this sort of Christian political involvement. But what’s up with The Gospel Coalition ,  Christianity Today , and the E.R.L.C? Is there a “Gelatinizing...

First came the East-West divide. Then came the Protestants. Now comes a third divide in the history of the Christian church. And this time, the divide comes in response to the pressures of the cultural power centers, the "zeitgeist," or the humanist Borg that has taken over Western institutions. This time, the divide is centered around Scriptural authority relating to matters of history...

With the dying of the West, will conservative commentators like Tucker Carlson and Matt Walsh do anything to salvage it? Are Christian churches going to salvage anything in the West? Suppose a Christian church was to contribute something positive, a little salt, or a little preserving grace on a civilization. . . . What would it look like? Men with faith. And, a birth rate of 5.0.

When the World goes after Christians, it’s another episode of the pot calling the kettle black all over again, and again. Returning to the onslaught coming down upon the Duggars et.al. via the Duggars, we try to get to the root of what it is that gets the World all upset. However you cut it, the world is not going to cotton to 1 Peter 3:1ff, Ephesians 5:22ff, and Ephesians 6:1ff. We also address a...

This may be the most rapid and radical capitulation in history for an organization. Chick-fil-A waffled. While the organization was closed on Sunday and wanted to honor God, their business doubled in size. But now, will they fear God or fear the zeitgeist or the LGBT Borg? We take up an important question—do Christian employers discriminate on transgenderism, moral issues, and character issues whe...

The Psalm 1 picture of the godly man involves a meditation on the law of God day and night. This is especially important in a day like ours in which there is little time and resources dedicated to what a godly man does. Jeremy Kluth has dedicated his life to memorizing Scripture and encouraging others to the same thing. How do we assist our families in memorization? Here are a variety of creative,...

Here, we run over a quick history lesson. Boston, Massachusetts, was where it all began in 2003. And, here we are back to where it began all over again. Harvard University, Cambridge, Sommerville, Boston . . . that's where Obergefell began. That's where the next round is happening. It turns out that Roberts’ and Alito's predictions were dead on, that is, in the minority report for t...

The Washington (Com)Post introduces a series of articles intended to go after homeschooling, beginning with a few dissatisfied homeschool grads they scraped up from somewhere. Actually, based on a large survey, it turns out 14% of Christian kids raised in homeschool apostatized. But  28% of Christian kids who went to Christian school apostatized, and  34% of public schoolers apostatized. But how d...

Barna's recent study finds a super majority of Americans AND Christians have a negative view of megachurches and mega pastors. But also, evangelicals are not liked either. But, why the trend? About half of evangelicalism moved into large megachurches between 1970 and 2014. But, Jesus's view of Christian community goes beyond the superficiality and transience of modern life. The body of C...

Secular media is having a heyday going after the Christian ministries linked to scandals taking place with the Duggar family and Hillsong. While you can't count on the Washington [com]Post to rightly discern the issues surrounding Ananias and Saphira (or any other problem in the church), we want to be sure that we identify the ditches into which Christians may fall. We point out the ditches o...

When faced with gross injustice and the most inhumane treatment of children, and the sharp rise in human trafficking (or the injustice of abortion), where does this awareness go? Do hearts callous over and turn cold? Awareness without action will only breed apathy. So don't listen to this program if you are not really on board with the Micah 6:8 mandate. How do we speak about these injustices...

This may be the most notorious killer in history in terms of longevity and record of kills (performed by his own hand). Warren Hern is an abortionist operating in Colorado since 1972. Hitler was 13 years at it. Lenin was 7 years at it. Mao was 28 years at it. Yet, a surprising honest article from The Atlantic discovers Hern to have had a conscience. He is human. He celebrates Christmas. He holds a...

Fox News has been outed as committed to the Woke/Transgender agenda. But Sean Hannity is still hanging in there. We offer three reasons why conservativism is the wrong worldview for Christians. While the honor of tradition can be helpful and an extension of common grace, there are three problems with conservative media and politics. Fake conservatives will oppose drag queens for 6-year-olds, but t...

The big blue cities like New York City, San Francisco, and Chicago are losing millions, and the trend continued well into 2022. New York City is looking more like a gigantic ghost town, especially with the depopulation of office space. A full twenty-six Empire State Buildings could fit into New York City's empty office space. All of this is good news for those who have watched the blue cities...

Here is a list of the top 10 most dangerous books used in typical highschool (and college) literature programs. These are highly influential and insidious classics that must be carefully discerned and considered by a worldview analysis. Included on the list are The Call of The Wild , Frankenstein , Of Mice and Men , and others. These books mark the Christian apostasy or the apologetics department...

The sins of wives are just as important as the sins of husbands in the biblical counseling room. Dr. David Edgington is the author of the book, "The Abusive Wife: Ministering to the Contentious Woman." He calls this a major problem in the present feminist-driven culture. There is hope for husbands and wives caught in this terrible cycle of the biblically-defined sin of reviling.
