Great time catching up after all these years!

This was a dream come true podcast. Love it. Thanks Roger for being so cool. 

Had a great time chatting with, and learning from, former KISS guitarist Bruce Kulick. 

I usually do my LiveStream around 11pm Central time but thought I'd give 9pm a shot. Had a few thousand people visit. Good times. 

Thought I'd put tonight's LiveStream on my podcast channel since it got blocked due to a few copyright hits for some riffs. Had a lot of fun. See ya.

It's not everyday I get to talk to one of my heroes. Great time! 

We've followed each other's YT channels for a while and we finally had a chance to chat. Very enjoyable conversation. 

I've been fortunate enough to play them four times now and each time they've had a profound effect on me. Never have I been so nervous, excited, and relieved, all within such a short time span. haha.

I was just a punk kid and had much to learn, and these guys tried to teach me. Unfortunately due to my stubbornness, I still had to learn most of these the "hard" way despite their advice. Realized I'm full of stories, and wanted to share a few of my true tales with you. This one is about how I learned Randy Rhoads' Dee while being stuck in a trailer house in the middle of nowhere, in the dead of a MN winter, and in a room we called "The Spider Room."

A cautionary, real-life, tale for any aspiring musician. Feel free to replace "Girls" with whatever you prefer, and "Guitar" with whatever your passion is. This episode is both hilarious and heart-wrenching. Jamie's an amazing guy with many amazing stories. This is my longest podcast to date but worth listening to every moment. 

Elisa is a former student who eventually joined the PFBand as a vocalist, a guitarist, and a mandolin player. She's also a Rollergirl who mountain climbs and travels the world. Great podcast!

I knew after 5 minutes that this one was gonna be great, I blame the bourbon. Carrie is the singer/guitarist in my Heart Tribute band. By day she's a scientist, by night she's rocking in her many bands. 

Brian is one of those guys who has a million great stories. He's spent his whole life in music and has the scars to prove it. This podcast was very raw and very inspiring. Enjoy. 

Vonnie's an awesome singer/songwriter who's currently on tour and stopped by to say hi. She also manages a venue in New Mexico and does yoga. This was a fast-paced and fun convo. 

When asked why he doesn't call it Gymnastics he replied, "Because my name's not Jim." Mikenastics is a backyard gymnast who came into public access celebrity when he began submitting self-made videos of his backyard routines on local cable tv. He's recently retired and now lives the quiet life. Oh and he's my dad. Check it out. Warning: A lot of dad jokes!

Pony is a multi-instrumentalist (vocals, keys, guitar, bass, drums) with the Melismatics, Mark Mallman, and several other projects. She's also a health freak (like me), and studies yoga, performs massage therapy, and just recently started down the road of MMA/Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This was a very entertaining cast. 

Dylan is a singer/songwriter who plays bass with the PF Band. He also plays guitar and looks to release a solo album one day soon. 

Christopher is a studio owner, instructor, recording engineer, sound tech, and has been my friend since age 15. We dive into topics ranging from school bullies, to A.I. taking over music, and the worst advice I've ever received growing up. 

Jon is a financial guru (he retired at age 33), an amazing bassist, and a composer for film score. I really enjoyed this 3 hour podcast just like I enjoy all our conversations. 

The Art of Life is a podcast born out of the successful Youtube channel: The Art of Guitar. Guests include people from all walks of life, not just music/guitar, but because it's a long-form podcast it ends but going in many, often hilarious, directions.
