After escaping the narrow cave, Angadha has lost faith in their search efforts, considering they have already exceeded the time duration given by Sugriva. Afraid to return empty-handed, Angadha decides to go on a fast-unto-death. An old eagle seems to be hearing these conversations. Who is he? 

Army lead by the monkey prince Angadha go into a cave and are trapped inside for almost a month until they meet this strange woman named Swayamprabha.

Sugriva appoints chief to go in north and west directions. Rama is impressed with Sugriva and applauds his insight with all the kingdoms, rivers and landscapes across four directions.
