There are pivotal moments in life that change us. The most crucial change is when we meet Christ and we surrender our life to him.  Do you remember when that was for you? Today we are looking at that moment for one of Jesus' disciples named Nathanael. 

John's prologue presents the greatness of Christ and the greatnessof the love of Christ, but also the greatness of the gospel.

The greatness of Christ explains the greatness of the Father. The greatness of Christ's love explains the greatness of the Father's love. The greatness of Christ's grace explains the greatness of the Father's grace. 

Jesus was a master at helping people see the truth. To do that, he often  showed them how their view was incorrect. He would not just say, “You are wrong, but tell them a story or ask them a question to open their mind. It is probably what led him in part to respond to two of his disciples in this exchange in the Gospel of John.
