Matthew 16:13-20 - Jesus asks us, “What do you think of Me?” Who do you say that I am? The question “What Do you Think?” is turned around and we are invited to consider the role of Jesus in our lives.

What Do You Think? Jesus comes to the disciples facing a raging storm at sea, walking on the water.  Are we able to rise above the storm and walk with Jesus?

James 4:13-17 James 4:15 is the closest thing we get in Scripture to the phrase 'Lord willing' that people use in the south as a colloquialism. However, that saying is quite difficult to live by. This week, James is inviting us to dig deeper as we seek to live as a 'Lord willing' people.

James 3:2-12 Simply put, words create worlds and our words have the power to bring about death or life (cf. Proverbs 18:21). Do our words close the gap between earth and heaven? Do we speak life or death into those we encounter? The invitation this week is to live in such a way that our words reflect The Word (cf. John 1:1).
