The Lord's path to the Cross took him through the garden where he prayed not my will but yours be done. Then they took him to the high priests and put him on trial. Through it all, the Lord demonstrated such beautiful humility.

Salvation is a work of God, not something that we accomplish by the purity of our faith. Abel was accepted because he believed. Enoch walked with God because he had faith.
