We have to remember, it's not our job to complete the work of justice. That is God's. But we are not free to ignore it. And we have to create margin in our lives, to continue to lean into it.

The conflict and anger in our culture is intentional, as the influencers of our culture are not interested in a peaceful reconciliation, but rather an oppressive revolution. And it is so utterly contrary to God's vision for the world, that is beautifully pictured in our story this morning.
