Start the year before it begins

Perfectionism is an illusion. Stop trying to be perfect; aim to be progressive. Perfection is about preventing mistakes without understanding the problem. Progress is about identifying patterns and learning your triggers. Being aware means knowing that if it happens again, your response will be different. Choose progress over perfection!

Be true to yourself. Repeated negative patterns are not who you are. They're a cry for help: it’s time to pay attention to yourself.

It is not uncool to show honor and give respect. Bridle your tongue and build your character. If everyone has a problem with your character or behavior, it’s not that they don’t understand you. My darling, it may just be you.
