Jobbing Out

AJ unfortunately has football things to do again this week, but Glenn and Aaron need to make some Hell In A Cell picks anyway. The bets just continue to get dumber as Primal Conflict Wrestling's Tyler Steel joins us to pick the Pay-Per-View. Will Samoa Joe finally take the strap off AJ Styles? Does Roman Reigns survive Braun Strowman's cash-in? We discussed it all. In Segment 2 (28:00), the guys d...

So much happening on this week's episode of Jobbing Out. In Segment 1, we recap the goings on from RAW and SmackDown this week. Which 2001 movie was RAW most like? Hint: the movie starred the wretched band Smash Mouth. How can something that totally lacks continuity actually, like, work? We discussed that at length, plus our thoughts on the Bellas' role at Evolution, the continued greatness of R-T...

Jam packed episode of Jobbing Out for you. In Segment 1, Glenn and AJ discuss the biggest storylines in WWE this week-what's going on with Braun Strowman-is he a heel? Or a face trying to even the odds? Also, where are they going with Kevin Owens exactly? Oh and also, the whole face/heel thing is problematic for Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair too. After that, the guys are joined by legendary WWE...

It's our SummerSlam recap super show-"The Main Event" is back and we have SOOO much to discuss after an unbelievable four days for the WWE in Brooklyn. In Segment 1, we first discuss who lost our bet, which actually leads to an IMMEDIATE attempt at paying the bet off which would, oddly, drag on throughout the show. Then we break down all of the RAW fallout from SummerSlam weekend. One dumb member...

SummerSlam week is upon us and our pal Steve Migs is back to help us make our picks for an insanely busy weekend including NXT TakeOver Brooklyn 4. We have an insanely awful bet idea and yeah, we need to start paying bets off. We'll get right on it. We swear. This one shouldn't be very hard. (That's a pun.) But yeah, we make our predictions for what all will happen this weekend. Will AJ Styles fin...

Another late night taping for the boys this week so AJ can be a part of the show during Training Camp. After discussing "Best Match On RAW" in Segment 1, the guys dive into some of the bigger picture topics of recent weeks and react to your Twitter votes regarding Sasha & Bayley, Ronda facing dudes, who should be champions after SummerSlam and much more more. In Segment 2 (41:22), the guys discuss...

"The Main Event" was able to squeeze in some time during Giants Training Camp to join us again this week. We're happy to have him back so we can discuss all of the big storylines in pro wrestling this week. Like-is Paul Heyman going to turn on Brock Lesnar? If he does, who does he join up with? Is Charlotte stealing Becky Lynch's thunder? Does Samoa Joe deserve the title? All that and more in Segm...

Training Camp is underway for AJ so he's off this week but we've got a lot to talk about. In Segment 1, we discuss the two biggest WWE topics of the week. First, the all women's Pay-Per-View "Evolution" has been announced. How often should they do these? When are the women's tag belts coming? How involved should legends be in the event? Then we discussed Roman Reigns becoming the new #1 contender...

Glenn is out in Parts Unknown, but he's able to join us in segment 1 as everything Extreme Rules is broken down. First off, who has to take a kick to a rather uncomfortable part of the body? Was the crowd during the main event an anomaly, or is it something that should concern WWE? Where exactly is WWE going with the Universal Title at Summerslam? Plus, The B-Team are champs, and was Kevin Owens s...

It's a Pay-Per-View week and we've got a lot to do on Jobbing Out this week. In Segment 1, our friend Matt Farmer from DEFY Wrestling joins us to make picks for Sunday's Extreme Rules PPV. Is there ANY chance Rusev beats AJ Styles? There's no way they have Shinsuke Nakamura lose another big match, right? Right? The consequences for our loser will be particularly painful. In Segment 2 (47:23), we h...

After a tough week for his family, we're happy to have “The Main Event” back for this week's episode-even if it's only for awhile. AJ joins us in Segment 1 to discuss the biggest goings on in the WWE, including the incredible return of Dr. Shelby after his appearance on last week's show. Did we have any idea it was happening? Do we know what's next for him? We also jumped into Roman Reigns/Bobby L...

Sadly, AJ isn't with us for this week's show after his mom passed away this week. His family remains in our thoughts. In Segment 1, the guys go over what happened on RAW this week. You guys, how weird is it that there are only two more RAWs before Extreme Rules and we have absolutely no idea what the main event picture is? Also, there was finally a Bayley/Sasha turn, but, who exactly turned? In Se...

Money In The Bank and NXT TakeOver: Chicago are in the books and we have SOOOO much to discuss. For example-you guys, how good is Ronda Rousey? She's incredible, right? So when do you let her start facing dudes? Could she be a heavyweight champion one day? We discuss all of that plus the fallout from Alexa Bliss' MITB win/cash-in, Braun's MITB win and the end of Styles/Nakamura. How could they do...

It is Money In The Bank week here on Jobbing Out. But also, AJ's not here and Aaron may be quitting the show for a different show? Glenn is kinda in a mood. Luckily for us, Steve Migs ("Migs vs. The World Of Wrestling," DEFY Wrestling, basically everything else) is here to help us make our picks for the weekend. We start with NXT-will Aleister Black and Shayna Baszler retain their titles in Chicag...

AJ had to play the role of good brother this week. Not like The Club-he was actually a good brother-as he attended his sister's high school graduation. So Glenn and Aaron handled business on the show, including a conversation in Segment 1 about how WWE appeared to miss Brock Lesnar-or really just the presence of the heavyweight championship belt-in programming this week. Actually, just the presenc...

The guys aren't necessarily "together," but you wouldn't know any better. In Segment 1 this week, the boys recap another week of quality wrestling matches on Smackdown and RAW. We DIDN'T get Daniel Bryan/Samoa Joe-is that an issue? New Day/Miz & The Bar was incredible, Nia Jax's forced heel turn is not, and Kevin Owens might have the best match even more than Roman Reigns at this point. In Segment...

One BILLION Dollars! The pro wrestling world got quite the jolt this week with the news that FOX will be paying one flipping BILLION dollars to broadcast WWE Smackdown for five years starting in 2019. Holy. Flipping. Hell. In Segment 1 this week, the boys discuss what this means for the entire company-will the networks have say in creative? Will television shows become more important than Pay-Per-...

Hello friends! We start this week's show with apologies to Rosa Mendes, who we thought was going to bail on us last week. Glenn had to do some SERIOUS editing after she ended up calling in and being a GREAT guest. We started this week's show by discussing everything from RAW and SmackDown this week. The Money In The Bank picture is starting to come together and all of the potential winners are gre...

So...the internet was not remotely happy with WWE's "Pay-Back-Lash" PPV. Some of our hosts agree, some dissent. In Segment 1 we dive into the Backlash fallout-is it okay to have a match of absolutely no consequence headline a Pay-Per-View...particularly the first co-branded PPV? Oh and also some great stories after some of the guys hung out at WWE Smackdown this week in Baltimore. In Segment 2 (31...

AJ has a new team! Before we get to that...we start by recapping the Greatest Royal Rumble event. We thought it could be either a glorified house show or THE MOST IMPORTANT SHOW OF ALL TIME. It was...closer to the former. But we broke it down, someone has to take three botches, what do we think they'll do the same/differently for future international Pay-Per-View events? In Segment 2 (25:44), AJ i...

In segment one, Aaron and AJ talk about everything that happened on RAW and Smackdown this week. They discuss Drew McIntyre's promo and how long it'll take him to make it to the main event. Big Cass is facing Daniel Bryan, but will it end up being with The Miz by his side? Is a clear path developing for Ronda Rousey? Plus, the WWE struck gold with Shinsuke Nakamura's new theme. In segment 2 (34:00...

A busy week in the WWE and we've got a lot to talk about on this week's show. In Segment 1 we dive into the Superstar Shakeup. What matters most? Was all of it kind of much ado about nothing? Also-is Samoa Joe really still going to face Roman Reigns at Backlash? Don't we now know what's going to happen in the main event of two consecutive Pay-Per-Views? Oh-and AJ didn't get to bitch about somethin...

There's far too much that's happened in the last week for us to possibly try to break it all down. But we did our best. In Segment 1, AJ offered us his top three takeaways from Mania weekend. Stunner: he hates wrestling fans. You're all surprised, right? Also should we be concerned about Rusev? After AJ departs, Glenn offers his biggest takeaway from Mania weekend: somehow WWE has taken it back fr...

It's WrestleMania week and the gang is together before heading to New Orleans. Our buddy Steve Migs joins us and first we have to figure out-does he hate us? Are we good? Once we deal with that, we open a big week of picks by breaking down the NXT card for Saturday night. Will Aleister Black become NXT champion? In Segment 2 (30:00), the boys continue their picks segment by going through the ENTIR...

Aaron is out this week because of a death in his family (and we actually love him even though he's still the worst) so AJ and Glenn forge on for this week's Jobbing Out with a GREAT guest. But first, we spend Segment 1 discussing RAW this week-if you weren't excited for Cena/Undertaker, has the hard work John Cena has done changed your mind? Is Roman Reigns obviously going to win because he's been...
