It's Mary Shannon

This week, we are back in the book of Hebrews. Hebrews has more Old Testament references than any other book in the Bible and we are going to dig through each one. What was the author of Hebrews trying to convey to his audience by reminding them of the past? Follow along as we put those pieces together!

We are SO back! Thank the Lord for a great Summer, but we were BORED. This week is week #1 of the Book of Hebrews -- and in true Shannon fashion we only made it through verse 1! There is so much to learn this year and hopefully you're ready for this book of theology. Join Shannon this year as we go through some deep and tough subjects while building God's Kingdom. It's time to get serious, get you...

Shannon recently got an invitation to speak at Cornerstone Church's "SHE Conference" for their women in the East Valley of Arizona! The verse of the weekend was Romans 15:13 and I preached a little about HOPE and what it really requires and means to us as Christians. I hope you enjoy!!

We are still working on last week’s episode (Week 26) sorry about the wait! This week we are seeing the tension start to really boil with Paul in Judea. We are diving in to Acts 21, so grab your bible and lets get going!

This week we continue with Paul's 3rd Missionary Journey and the road back to Jerusalem. Instead of getting to go straight over to the home Church in Jerusalem, he must pack up and turn around and journey back the exact way he came. Tensions are rising across the world as he knows it, but he is strong and set on his mission to spread Jesus through all of Asia and Macedonia and Rome.

We are continuing on in Acts Chapter 19. Paul has left Priscilla and Aquila in Ephesus and he is making his journey back to Jerusalem and Antioch to the mother churches. As we move through the history and story of Paul's 2nd Missionary journey, things get hard and uncomfortable; but nobody promised him (or us) that it would be easy. Will Paul reach his goal of spreading the news of Jesus Christ an...
