Hide your cat and don't say zombie because we're talking Colm McCarthy's 2016 adaptation of M.R.Carey's YA novel, The Girl With All The Gifts . To tie into Tim Burton's new sequel, we're revisiting the 1988 classic Beetlejuice . Trace has a funny backstory with the film, while Joe barely has a connection to it. We both agree, however, that the film is a creative triumph, with amazing characters and boundless background details that flesh out the world. Plus: multiple queer elements, the film's obsession with suicide, the animated cartoon...

Repress that gay demon and avert the aversion therapy because we're discussing Ganymede  (2024), a queer thriller that we quite liked! Pack your bags and grab that promise ring because we're discussing Danishka Esterhazy's ( Slumber Party Massacre '21) Tubi Original slasher Killer Body Count ! Questions? Comments?...

A contemporary trans take on Doctor Jekyll and Mr. Hyde featuring Suzy Izzard?! We were so psyched for this one, but alas, Trace doesn't recommend and Joe is only a soft recommend. Despite strong performances, writer Dan Kelly-Mulhern doesn't do  anything with the material, which results in a film that's just kinda boring. If you're looking for a better take on this material, you're better off rev...
