When we can't control everything, we typically hyper focus on the things that seem to be in our control. Many of us have found that this develops some unhealthy habits. Ever felt like you couldn't quit until something was done perfectly? Well what if we weren't meant to pursue perfection... What if perfection is a mirage. We've all got a past. Unfortunately, not everyones past feels like it has passed. Shame can leave us stuck in isolation. We're afraid that if people were to get too close to us; if they knew the real us, they'd try to get rid of us. Well, together, we're going to find out how to get out of our heads and move beyond this lie!

How we think shapes how we live. Two often we are controlled by two little words: WHAT IF? These two words consume so much of our minds and can leave us stuck in fear, worry, and controlled by anxiety. Well, WHAT IF there were two more words that we could use to overcome fear. Let's jump in and tell fear to get out of your head.
