As a MAN! do you have the strength to be kind? probably not. It takes a great amount of internal strength to be good to others when you have life beating the shit out of you.

"If I got it, everybody got it!". This is a quote I have been saying for years because I understand the value of supporting and being there for other. Today I share why support is so important. 

In times of great pain do you let your circumstances trick you out of your character or build it?

We ALL take advantage of the things that we repeatedly experience. That is a HUGE flaw in our psychology as human beings. Take 5 minutes and listen to why that bullshit! and why we should be more mindful.
