FINDING YOUR GOLD

In this episode I talk about a question I get asked often - 'Should I go back to college?'. I share my own experience of going back to college as a mature student and what I think about going back to college. Lean into the thing you love and allow yourself to explore and become a master of a topic that lights you up. Double down on the things you love and that is the topic to become a master of.

In this episode I discuss invisible contracts - the things we are agreeing to all the time against our will. We assign ourselves to staying stuck. If you decide to stay stuck you are accepting the terms of the invisible contract!  You have two options; Make excuses or make progress. What you choose depends on your mindset - whether it's a fixed mindset or a growth mindset. Which one are you?
