Connected Church with Pastor Michael Carter

Worship centers on the belief that God is worthy of all honor, praise, and adoration. Worship is not limited to singing songs or attending church services, but it encompasses all aspects of life, including our thoughts, words, actions, and attitudes. Worship is the response of our heart to God's infinite worth and glory.

The Spirit-led Church is a vibrant and powerful force for good in the world. As believers, we must be fully surrendered to the leading of the Holy Spirit and to living out our faith in bold and courageous ways. May we be known as a Church that is truly Spirit-led in all that we do.

The Holy Spirit plays a vital role in our lives as believers. We must constantly rely on him for empowerment, guidance, and strength to fulfill our calling as witnesses for Christ.

Grace is a terribly misunderstood word. It’s not merely unmerited favor; it’s favor bestowed on sinners who deserve wrath. Showing kindness to a stranger is "unmerited favor"; but doing good to one's enemies is more the spirit of grace.

Finding Purpose in Community explores how we are called to encourage one another and build each other up in faith, as outlined in Hebrews 10:24-27. Discovering our purpose within the context of community is essential for our spiritual growth and the advancement of God's kingdom.

It seems that superficial relationships are the norm, so it's time to think 'outside the box' when it comes to friendships. Let's discover the power of strong friendships forged through adversity and intentional connections within the church community and how these relationships can deepen our faith and support each other through life's challenges.

OTB compassion is not just a feeling, but a powerful force that motivates and leads to action. It is a characteristic of God and one that believers are called to emulate in their lives.

Outside the box evangelism challenges traditional methods of outreach and refuses to keep the good news of the gospel to themselves. It requires us to open our hearts and minds to new ways of spreading the love of Christ to those around us.

Outside the Box Church challenges us to break free from conventional norms and embrace radical, innovative ways of living out our faith, mirroring the unconventional methods of Jesus Himself.

As believers, we must understand the danger of falling into legalism and the freedom that we have in Christ.

The Mystery of the Great Invitation

We’ll explore the promise that God made to Abraham and how it is still relevant for us today. We’ll discover the depth and power of this promise, and how it can impact our lives.

We have the Abundant Blessing of Abraham, and we need to know how to embrace, walk, and share in God's promise of favor and protection.

It is important to support and uplift one another in faith, while focusing on spiritual growth and transformation in Christ.

Believers are called to live by the Spirit rather than the flesh, and that following the law is not necessary for salvation.

Paul passionately pleads with the Galatians not to turn back to the bondage of the law, but to embrace their sonship through Christ.

As believers, we must understand the danger of falling into legalism and the freedom that we have in Christ.

A Guide to Navigating Life.

The real gospel is a message of freedom—not a new law—centered in Jesus Christ.

The gospel message is central to our faith and cannot be sacrificed or altered.

Mother's Day 2024

God keeps His promises, no matter where we are on the journey. Through the highs & lows God never forgets us or His promises. He continues to guide us through the ages.

It's time to take the lid off life and begin to dream about what God can do when we can let go and believe!

The goal of this message is to learn how we must surrender our thoughts and actions and embrace God’s “I Will” statements with faith.
