Calvary McAllen

Abide means to commune with God on a regular basis. This is part of the up or the communion dimension. Abiding is essential to the Christian life, to the disciple and disciplemaker life.

In this new series we talk about 3 big ideas of what it takes to be a disciplemaker and it is based on two big ideas in the New Testament, the Great Commandment and the Great Commission. Mike Breen, a Christian author, expresses these as Up, In, and Out. For this series we are calling them Great Communion (Up), Great Community (In), and Great Commission (Out).

We are kicking off a support focus for our student building project. We need support in prayer and finances. We have raised $422,000 out of $900,000. We want to hit $600,000 by March 31 so that we can start construction on April 1st. In this episode we talk about why this project is important from the lead pastor, Julio Guarneri and we get to hear from the student pastor, Marcus Rodriguez.
