Recently retired Superintendent of East Hampton (NY) Schools, Rich Burns, opens up about critical issues affecting our schools, our youth and our society. Rich doesn't hold back when covering topics like our mental health crisis, cops in schools, what's wrong with the "factory model education system", local media, and so many other important subjects. 

In my first conversation episode, I chat with Charlotte Sasso, the beloved former owner of the Iconic Stuart's Seafood Market in Amagansett. Charlotte and I talk about the secrets to the success of Stuart's, why they decided to sell and what's next for her and her family.
