Betsy Goes to the Movies... and sometimes her friends go too

Four more Tremors movies to go! I figured I started out of order, so why change it now? This one lives up to the other two I watched (being the first and last), complete with humor, moments that made me jump, and glaring inconsistencies (namely, how the hell did a tea kettle and pick axe summon the worms but horse hooves never did?). I'm looking forward to watching the rest of them. 

I had to trick my friend Victor into watching this with me. I understand that the book is really good, and I want to read it. I think the movie would have made a lot more sense if I had. You know that feeing you get when it's 10:00 at night and you keep thinking you forgot to do something? I uploaded the audio for this eight hours ago and then completely forgot to actually finish creating the episode.  Here are the next two in my new favorite B-movie series! This is just a quick update on what’s going on why the episode releases became sporadic. I love doing this podcast, but when I started it, I was only working 45 hours a week, and we were still under covid restrictions. Also the heat and humidity are terrible where I live, but the West, especially the Pacific Northwest, really has it a lot worse than we do.

I felt the need to watch all six Sharknado movies because of shark week. I unashamedly admit that I enjoyed them a lot, even when I had to edit the recordings during a hurricane. Listen as I try to pretend that everything happening is completely normal and get way too excited at Al Roker's coverage of the storm in the second one.  

Happy almost Shark Week! I love shark week, and not just because it's an excuse to watch really bad shark movies. This definitely falls in the cheesy, so bad it's good categories. I enjoyed it a lot.
