Christ commanded and instructed us to love one another as He has loved us. This is not always easy! However when we wrap Him around ourselves we need to embrace the kind of loving, forgiving mercy and grace driven ways of Him. We need to ask to see others the way HE sees them and to then act in LOVE towards everyone.

We all want to see signs and wonders in this day and this hour. How did the early church achieve it? Not by preaching opinions but by speaking the gospel to everyone they could. 

This is KEY to believing in Jesus as Savior and Lord, trusting him for all you need, being satisfied with all that God is for you in Jesus. Authentic believing in Jesus has a couple of effects: Tightens the heart's relationship to people Loosens the heart in its relationship to things.

When we go through hard times what's inside us is what comes out. When we are filled with all the negative we react in a negative way. When we are filled with Him and the Holy Spirit He comes out. The world is look at the church now and seeing how we react to the events of the day. We need Him to show up big through us!

On this Pentecost Sunday we encountered a fresh outpouring of His power and we asked Him to specifically send us boldness to go out and tell thee world the GOOD NEWS! All anyone every has to do is ASK Him to give you the tools and He will always give you everything you need to be the light in the world.

To see how to answer this question lets look to John the Baptist and how he introduced Jesus to the world. 

What does it mean for us to live well? Galations 2:20 gives us the perfect answer. "I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God , who loved me and gave Himself for me."

Have you ever compared a worldly economy, that is focused on success equaling high numbers vs. a Kingdom economy, where what's most important to the Father is the one lost sheep. That to Him it is worth leaving the 99 to go and find the one lost? Is it time you start to?

When Jesus ascended into heaven, He gave the disciples (that includes us) a daunting task: to proclaim the good news of repentance for forgiveness of sins to the entire world (Luke 24:47). As we saw last week, the church is to continue to do and teach what Jesus began. The resurrection of Jesus gives us a solid foundation for our work.

As we finish this series lets dive into the question that Jesus asked Peter after His resurrection; Do you love me? What does it mean to live a life in which you have an all consuming love for God? Let's see together.
