Today's sermon was the first of a series on Psalm 23 focusing on the part where the Lord is our Shephard.  I also recap some thoughts I had during the month of morning prayer our church had been doing as well the devo that I shared for one of those mornings.  And some other rando stuff too I guess...

Just some short stories from my day today that I thought would be interesting to share.  The topics are in the episode title :)

I continue my Sunday Thought Vomits series, but in Seattle!!  Topics this episode include marriage, paddleboarding, and transitions, either myself or others, and our relationships in light of that.

I went to a Mariners game WOOOO!!  It was lots of fun and would go again.

Tonight I talk on the topic friends, examining my relationships with my friends and the special situation I found myself in with some of my closest friends after school.  I also touch upon how unique this experience is and how maybe not everyone is blessed with the relationships and experiences that I've had with my friends.  Lastly, I talk about my love for people, learning about their...

Today I recount my past weekend where I attended a wedding and just going home.  Super tiring weekend, but also a lot of fun!

Tonight I recount the bachelor party that I was a part of the previous weekend.  It was an extremely fun time with a good group of guys, but most importantly it was a wonderful reminder of God's provision, goodness, and faithfulness to each and everyone of us.

Tonight I share some of my favorite secret places where I'd go to take a step back from life, breathe, and think.  I look forward to finding more of these places (usually with benches and trees haha) and sharing them with my friends and all of you!

Today I do some external processing about young adult community, especially after moving.  Thinking about future community in where I currently am and the community in which I had left.

It's been a while!  But I am alive, just moved elsewhere.  Today I talk about my journey to pick up some bag clips from the Amazon locker and all that I experienced along the way.  Nothing much … hope it was enjoyable though :')

Tonight I talk about having compassion like Christ did in Matthew 20:29-34 from today's sermon, April fools, and the countdown to my move to Seattle.

Today I recount the sermon on serving and the importance of community in our personal relationships with God.  Also I touch upon some of the things I did this weekend and also the hitting me of the movings that I will be doing in the next couple of weeks.

Tonight I talk about how I missed out on the opportunity to get MVP Gold status with Alaska because I didn't read the fine print of the promotion.  Through the experience I also got to look at the positives of the situation and how really I don't deserve anything that I've received, but still received it ... kinda like our salvation :thinking:

Tonight I'm considering starting a new weekly upload schedule of sunday thought vomits, which will consist of any thoughts I'm having on Sunday night and usually includes the sermon from the Sunday.  We will see how it goes!!  Today's topics include dread of Mondays, salvation isn't earned, and facilitating godly relationship amongst my church brothers :)

Tonight I talk about some thoughts after listening to the sermon from service yesterday.  I talk about how sin was never God's intention, but through Christ, He paved a way for our salvation and also the difference between not sinning and pursuing God.

Today I talk about my most recent travels to Austin Texas to see a friend.  I recount the scheduling complications with the winter storms that were hitting the midwest, but also really exciting upgrades to premium and first class on my Alaska Airlines flight because of my elite status.  Hope you enjoy me nerding out about the travel benefits I got to experience :') Also shout out to the two people...

Today I talk about the kdrama that I've recently picked up and some minor thoughts about it haha...  I've been enjoying it so far 좋아요~~

Today I talk about my birthday this year and how extremely amazing it was to receive notes from some of my friends that really reminded me of the ways God has been faithful to me and my relationships with others. Some verses: Psalm 23, Psalm 62:5-8, Proverbs 27:17, Hebrew 4:16

Today I talk about how it's not enough to be content with cruising in our walks and how our walks should be very active to help us not do evil, not sin, and to purposefully follow the Lord.  2 Chronicles 12:14

Today I talk about my love for planning trips, days, events, ... etc and how sometimes it can be consuming, but ultimately rewarding if people enjoyed their time :)

Super bummed that my first recording of this episode didn't get saved properly, but today I talk about confidence, how it's tied to preparedness, and confidence in our faith!

Tonight I talk about how I've come to dislike shopping in person during busy seasons like Black Friday, the various difficulties, and toning down the retail therapy.

Talking to people is scary...especially if you don't know who the person is...  Tonight I talk about becoming more comfortable talking to people on the phone for various reasons, book a trip, preordering food for pick up, correcting a mistake with customer service.

Tonight I talk about my understanding of the phrase "fear the Lord" and how that sets a really high standard for us to meet, but also isn't something we should easily compromise.
