Based in Berlin and full of leadership insight we learn how to walk together with the greater body of Christ and having a greater message of the Kingdom lived out.

The experience of the older brings wisdom, security and influence to the younger ones, and the passion of the younger ones brings refreshment, creativity and strength to the older ones. “We need each other to be effective.”

As leaders we often don't like to admit that we make mistakes, but we all do. If we can learn from them, then it benefits us and those we lead. I would like to share three lessons I've learned from making mistakes.
