I took a stroll today in the neighbourhood of the my previous Hat shop, which was just off Brick Lane. So much has changed in Shoreditch but The Bagel Shop was alive and well. When I worked through the nights, I would pop around for a tea and a freshly baked onion poppyseed sandwich. See the photo and have a listen.

So yes this is also a symptom of dementia/Alzheimer is that people say they make up stories because the memory is lost. To be clear, there is nothing to read in the room besides a digital clock and a memo board that says "do not get out of bed"
