Hey, we're back!   So much happened last week. I mean, that Smash Direct had to be the greatest Nintendo Direct of all time, and then Red Dead game play trailer and finally an absolutely insane game play dump for Doom Eternal! Gamescom is coming up and there are supposed to be even more new announcements! It's like everyone is dumping their final games of this console generation :P

As I promised to some of you last year - here it is. The panel in podcast form. It was so great to see and meet so many doods, hopefully next year all of you can make it!

My brother Phil joins me today, since Matt is out of town. He still hasn't totally gotten used to being on a podcast but this episode we end up on a deep dive in Mortal Kombat.   And we talk about Centaur Rule 34. Whatever.      

This episode we discuss life's big questions like - is Nathan Fillion too old to play Nathan Drake? Is Stephen Lang the right fit for Sully? Does it even matter when the fan film was awesome?   Oh and apparently Comicon sucks big donkey balls to attend. We talk about that too - but guys more importantly are the Hemsworth Brothers the right fit for Solid and Liquid Snake in a Metal gear Movie?

Matt is back from Chicago and the doods adventure to Galloping Ghost Arcade! Sounds like I missed out, but I'll make a visit asap to find out. This week we talk about the arcade and more importantly, our favorite snacks for gaming. Depending on what point in time! It gets weird. Real weird.   Shine on!

It's hot and sticky in California! We're obviously in hell, so let's talk punishment.   This week we get into it about what makes a good or bad punishment mechanic in a game. What is the difference between unforgiving and just plain not fun?   Shine on Doods!

E3 is so close we can smell it. The con stank. MMMM smells like... well - hot garbage honestly. But that means it's hard to talk about anything else!   So we clear our plate of all the small things we can't devote an entire episode to. E3 gets closer and closer by the day, and with it - the crushing disappointment (and yet oddly sweet victory) of Capcom dropping the ball. I'm getting the icecream this year damnit! (But also, I won;t be mad if I'm wrong).   So today we talk a little about e3 but MOSTLY about video game theme parks. Oh, and maybe a tiny Matt-Rant against KH3 :P   Shine on doods!
