Many persons are guilty of judging another man's sin and overlooking their own. We are admonished to first deal with our sins and not become experts in pointing out the sins of others. If we confess our sins, Jesus will forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

As a people we all have attitudes that we need to change. Some of these attitudes were shaped on our environment and the people around us. We need to ask the LORD to have His way in our lives and help us to be what He called us to be.

There are times in life when you are tired from your own efforts, bewildered by problems, and there is no glow or zeal in your aspirations. Sometimes even your thoughts weigh you down. Know that there is safety in God's presence and you can find refuge in Him. In a world filled with misery and chaos, you can trust Him.

Every person in this life faces difficult circumstances which tests the mettle of your faith. Be encouraged that God walks with you through it all. The trial you face now will strengthen you to navigate through harsher situations in the future.

Let us not grow tired or lose heart when we are doing good, for when the time is right we shall reap the rewards if we do not give up.

Do you know that the winds of life help us to grow? Think about it, the stormy winds that we encounter in this lufe strengthens our trust and confidence in the faithful God. So when you do not understand your storms, trust His plan. The storms will make you stronger and better than you were before.

Life has it's good but it also has difficulties:struggles, ill-health,financial hardships and tribulations. However, our faithful God uses all these to help us develop patience. What we nèed to do is to trust Him. He is the Potter and we are the clay. He knows exactly what to use to refine us to make us stronger and wiser.

The Lord will fight for you and you shall hold your peace.

We are all partakers of troubles: bad health, injuries, financial upheavals and other conditions. Sometimes we are ridiculed and hated for following Christ. However, we should not think of trials as something strange. They are a part of life. They test our faith and strength of will. God uses them to test the stamina of our souls. Jesus said that believers are the salt of the earth. Therefore, as a preservative, He wants us to prevent moral decay in our society. Salt has the ability to enhance flavour. Therefore, believers must help people discover the joy of knowing and living for Jesus. As salty Christians we will make others thirsty for Jesus, the Water of Life.

The Sovereign God has a never ending love for His people. No matter how far we go, He continues to call us back to himself. His love allowed him to manifest himself in flesh so that the blood can be shed to redeem mankind. We should never slight such rich and measureless love.

For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son,that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life(St John 3:16) Friends, God loves us and desires for us to love Him in return but even if we do not, He still loves us.

No matter what is happening in our lives we must never lose hope. What we need to do is to trust God knowing that He cares and will make all things work for our benefit.

It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed because His compassion fail not. They are new every morning. Great is thy faithfulness. (Lam. 3:22-23)

There is nut one God, the God of the universe. He is the Omnipotent One, the creator of the heavens and the earth. He has greatness and power in and of Himself. Power belongs to Him alone. He is worthy of all glory and honour. We can serve Him with godly fear and reverence.

You may be going through a rough patch right now but know that God knows and understands how you feel. You cannot give up- not today, not tomorrow, not ever! Be encouraged with these words from the Apostle Paul in 2 Cor. 4: 9-10 "We are troubled on every side,yet not distressed;we are perplexed but not in despair; cast down but not destroyed".

There are many things in life that make us cry;sickness,pain, death, betrayal, cruelty,lost love and many more. Sometimes we go into a dark space to allow the tears to flow. Just know that God understands our tears. Our tears attract his lovingkindness and tender mercies. His heart aches for us when we mourn. Like sheep, we tend to go our own way but the Lord is our shepherd. We are dependent on him. We need his gentle hands and watchful eye so that we do not go astray. As our shepherd, the Lord cares for us,provides for our physical needs, comforts us, heals us and will not abandon us.
