At Runner, we focus on matching trusted operations talent with inclusive companies. Internally, we have the honor of working with an Operations wiz, Lauren Walker Reader. She shares her unique path to Runner that helps inform everything she does here and explains why she’s so looking forward to helping to upskill and match her Ops peers.

When you and I use Runner’s app once it launches on March 15, 2022, much of what we’ll see will have been coordinated and approved by Anne. She acts as a liaison and translator of sorts between our tech team and other departments.
