Phadia is now back from her trip to Bali, India, and Dubai and she continues the conversation on Mental Health and Travel with YBT's Valone and Asshur.  Among other points in our conversation, we discussed how the beach can possibly be a relaxation tool for some and how acts of nature, such as rain, can have a positive effect on mental health.  

Asshur and Ashley talks with Keishorne and Julia about their free trip to Alabama , to perform assessment work with the Jefferson County Commission.  

Safiya talk to Asshur about her trip to Taiwan. They discuss the black experience in Taiwan and Saf shares some of the highlights and surprises from her trip. 

Our guest Lorenzo talks to YBT's Asshur and Ashely and guest Lori about his experience playing baseball in Austria, as well as his travels. He shares many tips that can help youths who have a passion for sports to consider an alternate avenue, which may not mean the NBA, MLB, NFL, etc. Enjoy! Note: Lorenzo said that Austria does not have a bobsleigh team, however we found out that they do.
