In the first season of You Sow What You Hope To Reap, they read and discuss Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle by Emily Nagoski (PhD) and Amelia Nagoski (DMA). In the second season (released May 2024), they dive into Brene Brown’s The Gifts of Imperfection.
