Our You = Me® podcast is about realizing the process of being together that allows us to start deconstructing harmful ways of rigidified and calcified ways of thinking. Moving beyond the insularity of perceptions created by our own life experiences and gives ourselves an opportunity to be informed by other people’s life experiences and really appreciating the fullness and richness of their lives that help us to grow by learning we are more alike than different.
