God never was oblivious of anything happening in the world. He planned all we can see and have seen. He allowed the world to be governed by different administration. God is not vague when He deals with us, so we must not be vague. As excited as we could be when a truth of God's word is revealed, we must be careful to know which areas it covers.

I have spent close to a year on this subject but it seems inexhaustible.
