There is liberation in freeing our spirits from the false truths instilled within us. We are more than what we appear to be and allow ourselves to show. There is strength in freeing ourselves from false narratives, we are wonderful, beautiful, worthy, and capable of love.

We've all heard it before but too often we don't put it into action. It's always great to love and try to help others heal but we must remember to give ourselves that same love as well.

I feel we miss out on our blessings or hard-earned rewards because we give up right before we receive them. I think it's important to finish what we start and remember to think practically in terms of time. See it through and you just might be surprised at what you achieve.

Too often I feel we don't acknowledge our strengths when it comes to growth. For me, it helps to remember the best parts of myself before I break down where I need growth.

I great friend of mine used to say "Follow your first mind", honestly every time I took this advice things go as imagined. Too often we disregard our own intuitive nudges, try listening to it for a chance. You may be surprised.

It takes time to get used to new things, but I am finding out more and more each day. How nice it is to grow into something new, here's a little from my recent experiences.

Growing up, I always had friends that were more women than men. Even nowadays not much has changed. Especially those that are years older, teaching me and sharing their wisdom. I believe all men should learn to cultivate healthy non-sexual relationships with women, it's really nice to support and be supported.

Someone reminded me the other day, that I've always had an adventurous spirit and pack in tow. When I need to let it all out and then make sense of it I make my walks an adventure. Many times it turns into nature and I enjoying each other, with a few friendly faces along the way. WWWWhat time is it?

I wanted to share a little of my story and the way I've dealt with being homeless as a youth up to an adult. I want to start sharing more of my deeper experiences, I hope this brings light to someone's life and faith that things can work in your favor. Through each other, we thrive.

Growth is a wave of ups and downs but we should still strive to enjoy the tides. Not all things are meant to go smoothly at first, we must grow from level 1.

Through doing things we've never done, new things can make their way into your experience. Don't be afraid to allow the right people in, you just might have the time of your life. We are here to love each other and grow together.

We are stronger and more resilient than we allow ourselves to be or admit to. We are here to grow and learn as we become custodians of our own conduct.

Throughout life, you'll come to meet those who try to influence you through hate. Don't give in even when they resort to gaslighting and bashing you. It's ok to love your culture and love others too! 

Is not easy to go with the flow of change, but it gets easier when you're conscious of who you are and where you're going. We are the custodians of our own conduct and time can be our biggest alley or foe.

We don't have to fight and hurt one another based on cultural differences, cultivate your ability to listen to learn, and grow together.

Although many may not agree when they hear the magic word "NO", know when to exercise your self-preservation and love from afar.

Learning to understand others is as simple as understanding yourself. Define yourself then we won't have to redefine ourselves every time someone's opinion pops up.

It'd be nice to have those deep conversations with some folks but we can't. Save yourself the stress by learning to listen and speak to folks on their level.

Freedom is the right to believe what you like and be right, breaking free from your own bondage and influence of opposition. Unravel your inner lotus consciously.

Start at the ROOT of it!

It takes time to learn the Floetry of your soul, be gentle with yourself you got this!

Sometimes you have to sit down and write in the old journal, get all those emotions out, and break them down.

No matter what negative things you may feel, know that you can make anything change you just have to learn how and do it.

Look at all things in nature, they have an abundance of what's needed all around them and so do we.
