What we believe about GOD will determine how we live. If we are going to have a sure footing for our lives in turbulent times, we need to know and believe some things about God that will stabilize us in uncertain times.

Life has a way of exposing what’s underneath of it. When storms come, everything is shaken. A storm doesn’t define your foundation, it just exposes it. How does our house survive storms? We have to Hear and Put into Practice what Jesus and His Word says!

The empty tomb served as a Resurrection Reminder that what Jesus foretold came to be and that he truly is who he said he is. Sometimes when our faith is wavering, we need reminded that the tomb is empty and what that means for us!

In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to speak hope into what is an evolving, fearful situation. This is a message from Pastor Tim to our community in these uncertain times that directs our focus onto the truth of Jesus.

Dishonesty can lead to pain in your relationships. But, it’s not just the half-truths we tell each other… It’s also the subtle lies that we tell ourselves that can be damaging. It’s only when we know the truth about who God is that we can be set free. Free to love other in the way that God has commanded us to love.

Love is Keeping No record of wrongs.  Offense is our enemy’s greatest weapon to divide relationships.  Forgiveness is our greatest weapon against it.  Using a play on the word Offense and A Fence.  The way of Love is not easy – but it is powerful and protects our relationships.

Love does not dishonor others.  We will talk about honor and why it matters so much.  Peter talks about how husbands and wives can honor each other because of how God made us and our God-given roles.

The greatest picture of love given to us came from God. Jesus gave his life for us. True Love is death. Dying to yourself for the one you love. Until we know God (who is Love) we will struggle to truly know what Love Is in our relationships. Just a foundational week before we dive into more practical aspects.

Esau made a bad trade.  In a moment of weakness, he sold his Birthright for a bowl of stew.  How can we keep from making bad trades in life that we will later regret?

For any vision to come to life in us we must take it out of our mind and put it on paper. This process will force us to really define the vision we want to run after. This week is super practical as we learn how to develop and define the vision that God is revealing to us. You can take discussion in a direction where you talk about the stuff on the card and more.

We were not designed by God to be alone. God made us in a way to help each other. When we come together with others with a similar vision – nothing we build will be impossible. When it comes to our own vision, we can’t built it by ourselves. We need others to encourage us, challenge us and pull us along to reach it!

To find God's plan for your life - you will need to ask Him. Prayer and Fasting is a great way to get God's attention and discover His vision for your life.

Paul talks about our giving like sowing seeds.  If we can understand the potential that God put within a seed – we can understand the potential of what God wants to do through us when we give.  When we give to God with open hands, it allows the supplier of the seed to increase our store of it and enlarge our harvest!

Jesus would dive into the tension of wanting to give but also wanting to hold for ourselves and ask – Where is your treasure?  Clearest indication of the condition of our heart is what we do with our treasure.  But when we understand that storing up treasures in heaven isn’t losing them, but rather investing them into something greater – we can be released to give!
