A judge in North Carolina yesterday ruled against Clemson and their motion to stay and the school's motion to dismiss the ACC's countersuit against the school as the ongoing saga of Grant of Rights continue. North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper has vetoed a bill that bans the State from instituting a US Federal Reserve-issued central bank digital currency or CBDC. The Governor faced some criticism for his veto as House Bill 690 passed with a 109-4 vote in the House and a 39-5 vote in the Senate last month.
