Mental health can be extremely difficult for some people, so in this episode I try to talk about it, from my experience and talk about some of the things I've learnt along the way.

What does it mean to walk away, to put some distance between the people you truly love. But people who need some time to change so you and them can heal separately. I tried my best to answer this question the best way I could, but please understand this is only my view. Much love, Shaun

Another short episode which I'm not sure if it'll be a new thing, but one thing I remember from ealier in my relationship with God is this. It's better to say what you what, rather than saying a lot and it actually mean nothing. Like speaking only to be heard but nothing changes.

But everyone is different and if were purely bashing people for the things they enjoy, without looking into it for ourselves.
