Today's mid-day GFS model update did not change much overseas, but portions of the central U.S. Plains were advertised wetter for late next week while greater rain was advertised for the northern Delta, Tennessee River Basin and southern Illinois. If all of the rain occurs as advertised, the Midwest will go into early June with adequate to abundant soil moisture.
