We were made to know God. Today, we look at a Pray to know God better: to be filled with his hope, to be filled with a sense of how precious we are to him , and to be filled with his power.

Do you know who you are? Do you know how rich you are? As Paul open his letter to the Ephesians he takes us to the breathtaking landscape of God's grace and shares 7 realities for those who are "in Christ". 

In this week’s message we discover the beautiful gift we are given by God, the gift of Jesus.  As a conclusion to our Christmas series on peace, we recognize that the gift of Jesus is also the gift of peace.  We conclude this message by talking about re-gifting this gift of peace, this gift of Jesus, to the world.

We, like Mary, can live with a peace that comes from trusting God.

As we continue in our advent series, The Gift of Peace, we are reminded that peace with God leads to peace with others. As Christians, we are called to peace with others, we are empowered to have peace with other, and yet, we are unable to have total peace with others. May God help us be peace makers as we represent Him.

The good news of Christmas is that peace isn't a feeling to chase. Peace is a person to receive. And his name is Jesus - The Prince of Peace.

How can we experience the joy, peace, and contentment of Christ? Today we look at what living a life in the sufficiency of Christ looks like!

Joy is not found by trying harder - it's found by staying closer to Jesus.

When we look at Philippians 2, we find instructions for the church that are rooted in the Person of Christ. Our call to unity through humility is built upon who Jesus is. May we find the mindset of Christ Jesus as we cling to the word of life and consider others.

Why is Paul's heart full of joy as he writes this letter to the church at Philippi? How can he have this joy when he is writing this letter from a prison cell? That same joy is available to each of us regardless of our circumstances.

When we see God for who he really is, we are able in the midst of our tears, doubts, and questions to worship and trust him.

Where are you God? Why is this happening to me? What have I done to deserve this? After 37 chapters of questions, pain and human reasoning, God finally speaks to Job... and to us.

In grief and sorrow we can get turned upside down and lose perspective. Today, we look at how to be a good friend to someone who is suffering.

We are told in God's Word in no uncertain terms that in this life we will suffer. Today, as we begin our series in the Book of Job, we look at our biggest decision that we must make when suffering comes.

Today, on Woodside's Golden Anniversary, we as a church family celebrate God's Faithfulness in the past, we commit to God's Mission in the present, and we look forward with hope to God's Future!

We are looking at the final step in our discipleship process, serving Christ. Colossians 3 prompts us to ask five questions of ourselves to see if we are maturing believers as we serve the Lord Jesus Christ.

As we look at the 2nd phase of our discipleship process, we dig deep into God’s call for each believer to be transformed by the Holy Spirit.

It is one thing for God to forgive sinners. It is entirely another thing to adopt them into his family.

What defines a disciple of Jesus Christ and what demonstrates that you are one?

Have you had a season in your life when you felt spiritually dry? What does that do to your praying? David reminds us in Psalm 143 to got to God. The Lord hears us and speaks to us. And through Christ's completed work, His payment in our place, we can call out to the Father with our needs. May He be glorified in us.

The Psalmist calls on everyone to listen to his teaching in light of the brevity of life, the certainty of death, and the reality of life to come.

 Jesus Himself knows exactly what we need when we are feeling like God has forsaken us.  Psalm 22 is his model for us and provides a framework to guide us as we go through life’s darkest times, allowing us to turn that suffering into praise.

When life gets hard, is God still watching over you? In this message from Psalm 121, we explore how God's presence is not proven by the absence of pain — but by His faithfulness through it.

Your relationship with God transcends any human relationship.

The Great Commision of Jesus was and is the core Mission of the Church. To be effective as a Church we need to “Get on Mission and stay on Mission”.
