Buffalo experienced a minor earthquake this week. What does this mean?    Earthquakes happen all over the world.  They are terrifying. They bring terrible destruction to life.  There was one recorded earthquake  that brought the opposite result. The people who experienced that earthquake asked the same question we did- what does this mean?
