Anxiety is a growing issue in our world today.  On top of the obvious present issues that anxiety causes, Jesus warns us about the "worries of this life" strangling the productivity of the Word of God in people's lives.  In this message, we discuss three lies that cause anxiety and the truth that brings peace.

Discipleship happens in the context of relationship.  God's vision for humanity is perfect relationship with Him and others.  However, many relationships are shattered or shallow because of the lies we believe about each other.  In this message, we identify 3 types of lies that divide and the truth that unites.

How do you know if what you are believing is true?  And, what do you do if you discover that you have been believing a lie?  Jesus shows us that false beliefs are not something to mull over. Instead, we should Rebuke and Replace them with truth.

The thing about lies is that we don't know they are lies.  But for many of us, a lie is the center of our deepest beliefs: BE-LIE-VE.  This is critical because our beliefs drive our behavior.  Jesus offers us a solution: truth.  He tells us that if we abide in His word, we are truly is disciples.  In this we find that the key to identifying a lie is by abiding in the truth.
