This podcast was inspired by my daughter Quinn, who asked me when she was 9 yo “Mom, can we do woman lessons?” It allowed me to reflect and ask myself what type of woman am I modeling for her to follow? In today's world, women face a constant battle with comparison and self criticism. 90% of women don’t love their bodies. 46% of woman have criticized themselves once before 9:30.
