In our last teaching we saw the mistakes of the Apostle Peter, but also a his comeback. This week we look at the key that unlocks the door to our comeback. Sometimes we make mistakes and feel like God has abandoned us. He will never leave us or forsake us. Stand strong on God's Faithfulness. 

We look in the New Testament in the life of James, as well the book he wrote. What was life like in the beginning of when Christianity was established? Many traditions of Judaism were done away with when the completion of Jesus on the Cross happened; they were types and shadows of what was to happen within our hearts. We see a new life to live in now, a life of Love and Grace for those around us,...

Looking into the Apostle Peter's life, we first look to His denial of knowing Jesus. He failed in staying by Jesus's side, but when he notices this failure, Peter does not stay down. He has an amazing comeback. When we face failure, we should never stay down, but we need to have a comeback that God can use mightily. 

Tonight our Minister in training Elijah teaches about the foundations we should establish in our lives. In these days it is so important to have our main foundations established on understanding who the Father is, and our relationship to Him. Keep our eyes focused on the Unchanging and Eternal God. 

Jesus says that we shall be witnesses for Him. We should start with our Family, to our Community, and as we grow, our influence should grow also. We should be growing in boldness too, having a stronger trust in the Eternal, Unchanging God. Knowing His plans are far greater than what we can ever think. 

Our hope and trust must be in the Unchanging and Unfailing God. One of the flaws that we have as humans is wanting to trust things that fall into our five senses, and none of those are eternal. As the world around us changes, we need to keep our hope and trust in the Eternal God. 

Our Ability to get to Heaven is not by our ability to do, but by the ability of the One who saved us. Jesus was the Ultimate sacrifice, once-for-all. And we are placed In Him, and we need to learn our position In Him. Who are we? We are redeemed, Righteous, and In Christ. 

On our first week we saw the importance of not being solely consumption minded while we go to church. This week Pastor Haagon teaches us about our purpose of connection. As the natural parts of the body need one another, the body of Christ needs all the members to work correctly.
