Healthy boundaries are necessary components for self-care. Without boundaries, we can feel depleted, or taken advantage of, or taken for granted, or intruded upon. Whether we talk about boundaries at work or in your personal relationships, poor boundaries may lead to resentment, hurt, anger, and burnout. So let’s talk about it.
