Amy Rose fills in for Nicola in this week's episode, in which we say thank you for your service to a fantastic Ambassador, quickly whizz through the new parkrun 5-year strategy paper, Amy simply didn't parkrun and Danny revisited Crane parkrun and affirmed the value of parkwalking.

This week Danny's a bit poorly and Nicola has the perfect parkrunday at Newbiggin-by-the-Sea parkrun for her arbitrary 600th. Plus all the usual other goodness!

Close the gates! It's selfie frames and our last on Trusteegate this week. Nic Nic was at Bradford parkrun having a 'p' and Danny was getting his wriggle on at Brooklands parkrun.

We talk a walk through three gates: Trusteegate. Milestonegate. Inauguralgate. Plus Nicola went Wilson hunting at Roberts Park parkrun whilst Danny visited Market Bosworth Country Park parkrun.

In a world where no one knows what day it is, we bring you something that isn't a Christmas repeat! The parkrun women's record goes again, everyone is in the Christmas spirit, Nicola barely makes it and Danny visits Woodgate Valley Country Park parkrun (with a dash of Bushy thrown in for good measure).

'Tis the pod before Christmas, and all through the show, there's lots of great moments, and bleeps on the go. Also, Nicola maybe had a divertion to Erddig parkrun in Wales and Danny bib bibbed.

There's snow down south and no snow up north, metaphorical marble jars, Nicola spends time at Potternewton parkrun with all the staff from parkrun UK and Danny's parkwalking whilst in recovery and high on drugs at Kingston parkrun.

Let's go turbo! There's no coincidence coincidences, the Global parkrun Female Record goes again, Christmas events are coming, we philosophise, Nicola cries and Danny visited Beacon parkrun in Lichfield.

Tote bag deliveries! Pug dog staff! Misheard esoteric vernacular! Shame bells! Things! And even some parkrun stuff! Nicola got tyred celebrating Woodhouse Moor parkrun's 15th anniversary whilst Danny was all cheery at Sutton Park parkrun.

Leicht und dicht! It's a German Unity Day special on the profiles as well as some fab emails, things and job chat. Nicola stayed local to home at Cross Flatts whilst Danny was fortunate enough to be in Cologne for both Rheinpark and Aachener Weiher parkrun.
