The titles father, son, and holy spirit, are not names. Whose name and whose authority do they represent?

God has given us tools to program our brain and to choose what we are to become. We are now free from bondage to sin because of Jesus. Understanding how we change our character explains why it is that he calls us to obedience to his law. It is the way that he has provided to change our character.

Fear not little flock I will never leave you nor forsake you.

As the apostle James said, faith without works is dead. Works are in evidence that we have a living faith.

Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. The fact that you believe something that you can't see is the evidence that something supernatural gave you that faith and therefore it exists.

The love God has for us is so mighty, that to have us with him he would pay any price required.

The same law that was engraved upon tables of stone is written by the Holy Spirit upon the tables of the heart. Instead of going about to establish our own righteousness we accept the righteousness of Christ.

What you need to understand is the true force of the will. This is the governing power in the nature of man, the power of decision, or of choice. Everything depends on the right action of the will. The right action of the will is to yield your will to Christ.

The terms of the old covenant were obey and live. What are the terms of the new covenant?

All that the Lord has said will we do and be obedient. But did they? Their promises were poor. God made a better covenant promise wherein he made the promises the book of Hebrews. We're going to cover that a little bit today.

The ten commandments, thou shalt and thou shalt not, are 10 promises, assured to us if we render obedience to the law governing the universe. This do, and you will not come under the Dominion and control of Satan.

Temptation from without finds an answering cord within the heart and the feet turn imperceptibly toward evil.

As I think about what I said that God might not have needed to establish the ceremonial sacrifices which included ceremonial sabbaths if things had gone differently at Sinai, I realize that the sacrifices were instituted at the gate of the garden with Adam and Eve so therefore I believe that the sacrifices had to continue until Jesus.

It's hard to comprehend God's existence he has always existed. Before Time was created it was called eternity past. Even before God had created any life, before Jesus was brought forth from himself, he delighted in manifesting grace because that is who he is. Even before there was anyone to manifest it too, it was just his character.

Everyone in whose heart Christ abides, everyone who will show forth Christ's love to the world, is a worker together with God for the blessing of humanity. As he receives from the Savior, Grace to impart to others, from his whole being flows forth the tide of spiritual life.

What must I do to be saved? The complete answer in simple form is found in the story of the repentant thief who died on the cross by Jesus.

The confession of Faith made by saints and martyrs was recorded for the benefit of succeeding generations. Those living examples of Holiness and steadfast integrity have come down to inspire courage in those who are now called to stand as witnesses for God.

The work of the people of God in the world is to restrain evil, to elevate, to purify, and to ennoble mankind. They will carry with them the cheerfulness of heavenly peace as an abiding, refreshing, enlightening power.

Divine power will unite with our efforts, and as we cling to God with the hand of faith, Christ will impart to us his wisdom and his righteousness. Thus by his grace we shall be enabled to build upon the sure foundation.

Jesus is the comforter. He said I will not leave you comfortless I will come to you. When God said I will bring you send you another comforter, in the Greek it meant:. I will send you another way to be comforted.
