Anxiety is widespread in our society and it can range from nervousness to severe panic attacks.

'Silence is Golden' is an old adage. Modern times look at silence in a different way. We become silent when we don't like something. We revolt inside. Silence is no longer considered a golden virtue.

Insecurity is rampant in our society. For a multitude of reasons people feel left out, uncared for, unable to connect to their own inner space where they can feel the security which they are searching for outside.

In an era of money making, if the phrase "all you need is God" feels unglamorous, philosophical and far from practical, it can't be blamed. When you have a high purpose and unflinching Faith in God, bringing in the resources ceases to be your responsibility. There is an elevated system at work, which takes care of everything, and things work like magic.

Karma has almost become a cliched word. Those who believe in Karma accept it as inevitable. But can you get out of Karma or at least can you do something to break the pattern of forming new Karma?

To survive and to adapt to a competitive, unfriendly world, we've created a lot of defence mechanisms which have taken the authenticity out of our life. Being genuine takes a lot of courage and some effort from the self. But by giving time daily, we can find our sacred space where we will be secure and will be able to communicate love to the world.

Isn't the whole of human life a quest to find inner peace? Some become successful in finding it while others don't. But proper knowledge, proper method and proper care can create wonders, not just in the life of normal people, but even long term prisoners in high security prisons!

We want certain things to happen, we work towards it but destiny ( drama ) also has a few tricks up its sleeve! At times we strive for clarity and at times destiny ( drama ) leads us creating situations!

The term well-Being has become a fad for all of us for quite some time. Everyone sells their own version of well-being into a competitive market and we all consume it. But often we forget that well-being comes free and it comes from inside.

If our individual self is a kingdom, it's essential to keep it safe from infiltrators by securing the borders. Right? But in order to do that we need to understand the basic landscape of the kingdom and a good working knowledge about its administration. Isn't it?

We all want to enjoy the present. But unless we settle our past, enjoying the present is out of question.

No machine or vehicle can go on and on with a depleted battery, and so is the case with us too. The sad part is, we are not even aware that we have a charging dock handy, which is free and always available.

As the world just celebrated Valentine's day, there are a handful of yogi angels walking the planet who have found their true valentine in God. The idea of God as valentine can seem far-fetched and unrealistic to many, but that is the one point of refuge the whole world is going to seek in the very near future.

We all have had close connections with human beings. We have tasted it all - the pleasure, the pain and everything else that comes with close human relationships. But connecting with God is a topic that is very confusing to even those who are religiously inclined.

Self Respect is a much talked about topic. But still it's the foundation on which a powerful life is built. Spirituality gives us the right perspective of who we are and building self-respect becomes easy.

Being in control of our own life is all we want. In Spiritual Wisdom, it is often pictured as the soul holding the reins of the sense organs. Being the king of our own inner kingdom is a beautiful idea, but it's high time we imbibe and actually live this imagery.

World is in a transition phase. Whatever we think, speak or act does create an impact in the surroundings, either positive or negative.
