Happening Today, former Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan has a hearing in front of a federal judge to rule on if the charges that Dugan was found guilty of should stick before her sentencing hearing which keeps getting delayed. She faces up to 5-years in prison but it is believed she won’t actually serve jail time. So why this process? She already resigned as a judge. Hearing is today.

On Capitol Hill, Marco Rubio will testify on the result of peace negotiations with Iran as the war continues. ABC News State Department Correspondent Shannon Kingston joins the show to detail what exactly is happening in these negotiations, why it’s different negotiating with a country like Iran, and what we expect to learn from testimony moving forward.
