Welcome to episode 15! As we reflect on ourselves and our marriage, we carry out God's purpose for the covenant, which is truly to reflect His image and His promise to love us.  Marriage works! 

Challenges are all around us, they are inevitable, especially in marriage. Facing challenges is an opportunity for growth! Growing with your spouse in unity with Christ in a safe space and place for this transformation to occur. Witness the shift that takes place when we stand firm in our submission to God and resist the enemy! As said in James 4:8; Come near to God and he will come near to you.

We can combat loneliness with the choice to connect with God and his people. We are never alone, as said in 1 John 4:13; By this we know that we abide in Him and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit. The Holy Spirit dwells in us. Thank you God! 

We have our first guests and join with Pastors of TWC Thomas & Zohnette Sligh in talking about reconciliation through Christ and what it does to our lives/relationships. We are ambassadors in Christ with a kingdom building mentality.

Tests bring forth testimonies! Though this week had brought forth some challenges, God always gets the final say and will always get the Glory. We are proclaiming and declaring God's goodness over our lives. We encourage you to reflect and share how He is working in your life. As you go through your day remember, this is the day the Lord has made, and rejoice in it.  

Do you feel loved, because we all are and we don't even need to deserve it. Listen along as the we learn and discuss how to allow love to be received and take root in our souls. Its almost thanksgiving but never too early to give thanks to the Lord! This week we discuss our priorities and ask what do we consider to be our top priority? Listen as we reflect on what God tells us to prioritize and how He calls us to move through the example of His Son.  

A mindset builds habits and shapes behaviors. We explore these questions as it relates to God's word and the ripple effect his design has on our relationship. We discuss the significant symbolism of a triangular relationship model with God in our marriage.

Continuing our story, in general, of us and how God brought us to this point.
